Punic Runestones From Cirta 250-160 CE 

Most of these were written during the 200 BCE drought.

Punic gravestones from Cirta on display in the Louvre, France. About 1000 of these were found in total and are known as the Cirta Steles. Cirta was later known as Constintine. Another large collection is the Pricot de Sainte-Marie steles.

Cirta Runestone Saying Fate Is Not All Bad 200 BCE

(March 22, 2025) This Punic stele with text was found at the site of el-Hofra in Cirta,  (Constantine) Algeria. It is dated to between 250 - 50 BCE.   

The image above the text shows a sun crossing the inside of the sky-shell indicating that life powers will be discussed. Below the text is a pair of snakes paired with the celestial light goddess Selu/Selene. So this text will also be about Selu's/Selene's astrological powers of fate.

This text is supporting the involvement of the motion powers (Su, astrological-powers) with the life powers represented by Ayu. Eagle-vultures do not have to be bad.

The text reads:

  1. Shouldn't we be instigating the revelations (of fate). Should not Ayu be involved?
  2. Astrological-fate-power's manifestations can free-up involvement to reveal the waters.
  3. Eagle-vultures can be the result of involvement.  Revelations (of fate) can involve emotional-affects.   Eagle-vultures can lack life-curses.

The partly destroyed image seems to be Selu/Selene beside her staff of fate. She is the motion source goddess controlling fate and is associated with the evening powers and astrological-fate powers.

(March 25, 2025)  This Punic runestone is numbered AO 1012.

The image is of the celestial light goddess Selu/Selene as indicated by her upraised arms. This indicates the text will  discus astrological fate powers which it does. The text is promoting the replacement of astrology-magic with emotion magic except when emotion magic is weak.

The text reads:

  1. Are not the emotion-powers (Awen) being fate-revealed.  Are not the shepherd-priests (do astrology magic) of Yahu's emotion-owls being revealed. The dawn will nourish the judgment. Replace astrology-magic.
  2. Considerations (focused emotion of emotion magic) can shepherd the Moon-Eye (Su). Replace astrology-magic.  Alu will grind that.

Punic Cirta Runestone Is Promoting the Life Powers As the Foundation for Emotion Magic 160 BCE

(March 25, 2025)  This Punic runestone is numbered AO 1015. Some of the letters on this stone are moving in the direction of the last letter style of the Levant lineage which are found on the Jerusalem war coins. This dates it to just prior to the destruction of Carthage by Rome in 146.

The image is of the celestial light goddess Selu/Selene as indicated by her upraised arms centered below the symbol for paired snakes which which seems to indicate fate is controlling Sulu/Selene instead of being controlled by her.

The text reads:

  1. Su is controlling the revelations (of fate). Shouldn't it be nesting?  Is not Hu rising?
  2. The Monitor (Su) is throwing-away the shepherd-priests (who do astrology-magic).  The diverters (Lares) are nesting. The Fate-Revealer (Kate/Hekate) is nourishing the filter (life network).
  3. That is similar to intimidating the considerations (focused emotions of emotion magic).  Hu and (his) emanations should be the foundation of considerations.
