Based on the text the front face of the coin must represent Kate/Hekate. The back image shows the lion of Judah attacking a bull representing the Achaemenid Persian empire. The lion typically represents the connective life power god Hu and the ancient Israelites were devoted to the life powers according to their runic texts.
