Life-Powers Ritual Bowl 300 BCE

(February 18, 2025) This text is on the bottom of a libation bowl called a patera. It is 22 cm in diameter and 4.9 cm high. It found in tomb 53 (mature female, cremation) of the Loreto necropolis near Oleggio just northwest of Milan, Italy.

Translation in Akkadian (North Text 62)

(read right to left in the Akkadian style. Capital letters on object. Small letters are inferred Inner vowels. Verbs are italic bold. Dual use letters are E/H, I/Y, U/W, and '/A in which vowel appears at beginning of words except for Yahu which is keeping its traditional Hebrew transliteration
