(March 29, 2025, updated April 23, 2025) The image is the celestial light goddess Selu/Selene (indicated by upraised arms) holding a double snake staff indicating her involvement with fate. She is standing over a fish which indicates she is involved with motion-powers, in the case the motion powers of astrology magic.
Fish images in general represent the motion/emotion class of divine powers. This is from a conflation of the the Akkadian words ziqu meaning breath, wind, spirit (motion power manifestations) and ziqqatû which means "fish." The /t/ ending on ziqu also makes "fish" a feminine word allowing it to represent the spiritual feminine. The early Christian church also used the fish symbol to represent Jesus. This is another clue that he was an emotion focused magic crafter.
